    You'll embark on an affordable adventure safari in Tanzania. For eight days, you will explore the northern safari parks, including a guided walk in Arusha National Park and wonderful wildlife sightings in the Serengeti, Lake Manyara, Tarangire, and the Ngorongoro Crater. Concluding the adventure, the final two days offer a well-deserved opportunity to unwind and rejuvenate, with leisurely moments to relax and swim at the tranquil hot springs just outside Arusha.

    Day 1

    Arusha National Park (30km from Arusha, 30mins drive)

    After breakfast around 8:00AM, we will collect you from your hotel in or near Arusha. Your knowledgeable guide will accompany you to Arusha National Park, renowned for its stunning landscapes and abundant wildlife. The park is segmented into three distinct areas: Mount Meru, Ngurdoto Crater, and Momella Lakes. Following a thrilling game drive, you'll embark on a guided walking safari. This unique experience allows you to observe giraffes, buffaloes, and other wildlife from a close yet safe distance on foot. At the end of the day, you'll drive to your accommodation in Arusha city for dinner and overnight.

    Day 2

    Arusha to Tarangire National Park

    During days two and three of our safari adventure, you'll immerse yourself in exhilarating game drives within Tarangire National Park. Situated 115 km south of Arusha, this elongated park spans 2850 km2, tracing the course of the Tarangire River. Aptly named after this vital water source, Tarangire National Park is renowned for its diverse wildlife, including a large elephant population, iconic baobab trees, and the captivating sight of African pythons scaling the trees. In evening you will drive to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

    Day 3

    Full-game Drive in Tarangire National Park

    After breakfast, you will proceed to a game drive in Tarangire National Park. In this park, you will see large herds of elephants, lions and the fascinating baobab trees also called the Tree of Life for the almost mythical powers that some cultures attach to it. This park is especially known for the Tarangire River which flows all year round and is the only source of water for wild animals during dry seasons. In the evening, you will drive to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

    Day 4

    Lake Manyara National Park

    You'll embark on a thrilling full-day game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, renowned for its stunning panoramas, cascading waterfalls, and clear streams. Nestled between the Great Rift Valley's towering rocks and the tranquil Lake Manyara, the park covers 390 km2, with much of it submerged underwater. Its diverse landscapes, from lush forests to vast grasslands, teem with wildlife, including over 400 species of water birds, elephants, giraffes, hippos, and more. After an exciting day, you will unwind at Africa Safari Karatu, taking a dip in the pool before enjoying a delicious dinner.

    Day 5

    Serengeti National Park

    Today, you'll head to the iconic Serengeti, where you'll commence an afternoon game drive in this magnificent park. Renowned for its vast plains of savannah and diverse forest landscapes, the Serengeti spans approximately 30,000 km2, with 80% of its territory lying in Tanzania. The park is famous for its remarkable annual migration, where around 1.5 million herbivores and their predators cross the plains, driven by seasonal changes and the search for water and grazing lands. You will witness this awe-inspiring spectacle as thousands of animals move from the northern hills to the southern plains and back again after the rains in mid-April. The grasslands, covering over one-third of the park, provide a habitat for an abundance of wildlife year-round. As the day draws to a close, you'll head to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

    Day 6

    Serengeti National Park

    After breakfast, you will set off for Serengeti National Park with a picnic lunch, and a game drive en route via Olduvai Gorge, Tanzania’s oldest and most popular national park. A UNESCO World Heritage Site and recently proclaimed 7th Wonder of the World, Serengeti is famed for its annual migration where some six million hooves pound the open plains. Serengeti offers an exotic game-viewing experience in the whole of Africa giving you an up-close look at the animals you've only seen in National Geographic: great herds of buffalos, smaller groups of elephants and giraffes, and thousands of elands, topi, impalas and Grant’s gazelles.

    Day 7

    Game Drive in Serengeti National Park and transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

    Enjoy game drives in the beautiful Serengeti, with a chance to spot the Big Five. Experience the park’s vast savannas and prolific wildlife. The Serengeti's endless plains are home to millions of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles, followed closely by predators. The park offers some of the best game viewing in Africa, ensuring an exhilarating safari experience. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park. In evening you will transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area where you will spend an overnight.

    Day 8

    Ngorongoro Crater

    Today, you will wake up early in the morning. After breakfast, you will drive into the amazing Ngorongoro Crater. The Ngorongoro crater is the largest intact crater in the world. The crater life is estimated at 30,000 large mammals. Due to its natural borders, wildlife is abundant throughout the conservation area which is home to the Big Five including the African black rhino as well as hyenas, zebras, and elephants to name a few. In the afternoon, you'll drive back to Arusha, arriving before dinner time.

    Day 9

    Kikuletwa Hot Springs

    After eight days of safari, it’s time to relax and swim at the Kikuletwa Hot Springs. We'll pick you up in the morning and take a scenic drive through the African landscape until you reach this hidden gem. You'll dive into the crystal-clear waters for a refreshing swim and enjoy a leisurely picnic. As the day winds down, we'll drop you back at your hotel where you can enjoy a relaxed dinner.

    Day 10

    Departure

    Depending on your International flight schedule, after breakfast you have an option to take a rest or exploring Arusha city to experience the ways of life of local Tanzanians (Optional). Later on transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport to fly back home.
