Our Group Will Meet At Miami International Airport and fly to Havana on a morning flight, If you are coming from a place other than South Florida, please make sure you will be in Miami the day before.
Miami To Havana
Flying on American Airlines from Miami,We Arrive In Havana Mid Day. A Fleet Of 1950's American Cars Will Take Us To Our Various Apartments In Havana's Old City. In The Afternoon We Will Walk The Malecon Along The Waterfront And Perhaps Enjoy A Mojito Along The Way. At Night We WIll DIne On Local Specialities At El Cocinero, In An Old Converted Factory Building. For Those Inclined, There Will Be Late Night Dancing.
In the morning will will visit the Museum of the Revolution. The rest of the day will be exploring the old neighborhoods of pre-Revolutionary Havana. Cocktails at Marina Hemingway.
Pre Revolutionary Havana
Riding in old American cars, as well as walking and riding on ferries , we will visit the elegant neighborhoods of Playa ,Miramar and across the Havana Harbor to Casablanca.
Havana To Trinidad
Along rivers,over the mountains and through sugar fields we make our way to the Colonial City of Trinidad, almost untouched in 250 years.
We ride on horseback to swim under beautiful waterfalls and explore caves.We climb a 200 foot tower overlooking the sugar plantations.
Trinidad And Return To Havana
IN the morning we tour the ruins of an old sugar plantation and meet some of the people who worked there. Also we'll climb up a hill to join a family for coffee, which was picked from the wild plants that surround their home. In the afternoon we return to Havana.
Havana, Then Miami
Awakening after a late night out, you are free to explore Cental Havana on your own. An early evening flight will have us back in Miami in time for dinner. The flight is only 45 minutes.
